    When your order is ready you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the courier company's website, from where you can track your order at all times.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

    You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

    To all of Spain except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Can I cancel or change my order?

    Please contact us at info@benditaeva.com immediately if you wish to cancel or edit your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled or revised successfully once it has been processed, however, we will do our best.

What material is our jewellery made of?

    Most of our jewellery is made of 925 Sterling Silver with rhodium plating or 18k and 24k gold plating. It is important to note that thanks to the rhodium plating, considered the most expensive metal in the world, we protect the sterling silver pieces and achieve a better appearance and longevity.
