GUARANTEE

All our items are guaranteed for one year from the day of delivery of your order. The warranty is valid against defects in materials and/or workmanship. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or accidental or physical abuse. To keep your jewellery in perfect condition, please visit our "Jewellery care" page.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt.

B.ATTENTION: For hygienic reasons, returns of earrings will not be accepted.

C.You can choose one of the following options

A) Refund of the amount paid to the same payment method used for the purchase or

B) Discount coupon for the amount paid, to be redeemed on our website, with no expiry date.

D.Returns must be sent to our offices at the buyer's responsibility and cost. The customer must ensure that the package arrives at our office without any damage or loss. SHIVAPLATA S.L. is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of packages during shipment.

E. Personalised necklaces cannot be exchanged or returned.

B) CHANGES

Did you not get the right size? In the Rings section (below), we explain how to make an exchange.

Exchanges will be made for another model of the same value. We will not accept exchanges for models that have a different value (either higher or lower).

Write us an email to hello@benditaeva.com with the reason for the exchange/return, indicating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
